MEP Contractor: frequently asked questions
Can you take on MEP for a fit-out that another company designed?
Yes. We can install and coordinate to supplied drawings and specifications. If the information is incomplete we will flag the gaps in writing before work starts.
Do you handle all three trades, or only one?
Either. Some clients appoint us for HVAC only, others for the full mechanical, electrical and plumbing scope. The scope is agreed per project.
Does MEP work need approvals in Dubai?
Many works do, depending on the building, the community and what is being changed. The relevant authority or the building's management usually sets the requirement. We tell you at quotation stage what we expect to be needed.
Do you also maintain what you install?
Yes. Installation and maintenance are both part of what we do, so the same team can support the system after handover.
